There is another report from The Australian which divided the salaries by population. Spore PM of coz is till on top, but Obama came in last in this comparison.

i'm an indonesian who used to study in singapore for 8 years. i don't disagree with the salary they're paid, it wards off temptation to corrupt. you've no idea how much long-term natural resource mining contract indonesia has been cheated their fair price of just because the person in charge is bribed by foreigners.
